Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will support the operations department in various aspects of day-to-day tasks and learn about operational processes within a fast-paced industry. This internship offers a hands-on experience that will provide valuable exposure to operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of daily operations and help monitor workflow.
• Support in report generation and analysis of key operational metrics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by researching and suggesting potential efficiencies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with order placing and processing, inventory tracking, and supply chain management.
• Collaborate on operational projects to improve productivity and performance.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree (2024/2025 graduates) in any relevant field.

● Attention to detail and responsibility.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Skilled in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
