Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will support the operations department in various aspects of day-to-day tasks and learn about operational processes within a fast-paced industry. This internship offers a hands-on experience that will provide valuable exposure to operations management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination of daily operations and help monitor workflow. Support in report generation and analysis of key operational metrics. Participate in process improvement initiatives by researching and suggesting potential efficiencies. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Assist with order placing and processing, inventory tracking, and supply chain management. Collaborate on operational projects to improve productivity and performance. Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills and Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree (2024/2025 graduates) in any relevant field. ● Attention to detail and responsibility. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Skilled in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
