Internship Tracks

1. Mechanical Design & Manufacturing

• Assist in

  motor casing, shaft, and component design

  using

  SolidWorks

  (mandatory).
• Work on

  tolerance analysis, GD&T

  , and

  design-for-manufacturing (DFM)

  for machined and cast components.
• Support

  prototype assembly, fitment validation, and vibration testing

  .
• Participate in

  IP67 sealing design

  , structural checks, and housing optimization.

2. Electronics & Controller Development

• Support

  motor controller hardware testing

  , sensor calibration, and wiring harness preparation.
• Assist in

  bench testing and validation

  of motors and controllers.
• Participate in

  PCB-level debugging, embedded firmware testing

  , and data collection.
• Prepare

  test reports, wiring diagrams, and calibration documentation

  .

Required Skills

• Mandatory:

  Hands-on experience in

  FSAE / BAJA

  vehicle design, fabrication, or electronics subsystem.
• For Mechanical: Proficiency in

  SolidWorks.

• For Electronics: Understanding of

  power electronics, control systems, or embedded hardware

  .
• Strong practical engineering mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work

  on-site in lab and workshop environments

  with real hardware setups.

Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed

  B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering

  .
• Preference for final-year students or recent graduates with

  FSAE / BAJA hands-on experience

  .
