Responsibilities : - Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends. - Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content. - Executing client acquisition, client experience and operational tasks in the launch of the product - Helping with the planning and hosting of marketing events and sales reach-outs - Liasioning with internal and external stakeholders for the successful execution of the different phases of product launch - Testing and building more channels for client acquisition and evaluating the effectiveness - Collecting feedback in the form of focussed interviews, group interviews, survey forms, etc. from the end-users - Building insights and actionable specifications for the product development and the next phase of the launches - Developing marketing communication and materials for social media, offline marketing (ATL/BTL) - Work analytics for customer segmentation Requirements : - Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must have a passion for marketing. - Outstanding multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail - Hands-on with MS Office tools - word, ppt, excel - Experience in organizing events, designing posters, and/or managing websites
