As an HR Assistant, your role will involve assisting in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience. Additionally, maintaining an organized database of applicants and tracking the status of ongoing recruitment activities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also assist in conducting employee pre-onboarding formalities by ensuring timely collection and verification of documentation. Moreover, updating personnel files, employee databases, and other HR records with high accuracy and confidentiality will be crucial. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives as needed.
