Role Overview

This is an all-rounder internship where you’ll work closely with the founding & core team across operations, marketing, business development, data, and customer experience. You should be curious, proactive, and willing to learn.

You’ll get end-to-end exposure to how a startup runs — real responsibilities, real impact.

What You’ll Work On (Key Responsibilities)

Operations & Coordination

• Track deliveries, stock movement & reporting
• Help streamline internal processes

Business & Partnerships

• Work on follow-ups, documentation & data organization
• Assist with presentations & proposals

Marketing & Content

• Help with social media planning & uploads
• Support campaign execution (online + offline)
• Coordinate basic creatives, captions, reels, etc.
• Assist in gathering customer insights & content ideas

Customer Experience

• Support customer query handling when needed

Data & Reporting

• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards & trackers
• Assist in analyzing performance & insights

General Support

• A quick learner & self-starter
• Enjoys working in dynamic startup environments
• Are organized, reliable & detail-oriented
• Have good communication skills
• Are comfortable with Google Sheets / Docs / Slides
• Care about sustainability / waste reduction.
