Job Description

Assist in designing digital and print materials such as social media posts, newsletters, presentations, reports, and event branding.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the development of campaigns.
Help with backend tasks such as organizing design files, updating brand libraries, and maintaining documents.
Support teammates in executing design/communication requests and learn to translate ideas into impactful outputs.
Explore opportunities to learn new design tools, trends, and storytelling techniques while on the role.

The

Design & Communications Intern

will work closely with the Design team to learn how design and storytelling contribute to Teach For India s mission. The intern will support in creating visual assets, organizing design resources, and contributing fresh ideas, while gaining hands-on exposure to campaigns, social media, and brand communications.

Preferred_Qualification / Skill_Competency

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Communication, Visual Arts, Media, or related fields.
Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva (basic proficiency is sufficient).
Interest in social media and digital storytelling.
A passion for education and using creativity for social impact.
