Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Creative Design, Development & Execution:
- Support all areas of design, from project initiation through completion, ensuring creative excellence and consistency.
- Develop visually compelling design assets including (but not limited to) reports, whitepapers, eBooks, collateral, presentations, infographics, advertisements, and event branding.
- Develop and refine complex, high-visibility presentations to support executives and senior leaders.
- Ensure content accuracy, design quality, and brand consistency in all executive-level deliverables.
- Adapt and translate these designs effectively across multiple mediums such as print, digital, website, email, and social media.
- Drive the creative development process for marketing campaigns, partnering closely with marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Play a significant role in brainstorming and conceptualizing campaign visuals that resonate with target audiences and reinforce the brand narrative.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and leadership, to align creative solutions with business priorities.Follow projects from concept through to final approval, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders at every stage.

- Produce and manage creative assets for the website, social media, and email campaigns to drive engagement and audience interaction.
- Support website redesign initiatives and assist with ongoing landing page updates.
- Design visuals for email campaigns, including event promotions, webinar invitations, and product update announcements, in collaboration with the marketing operations team.
Event Focused Design and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design creative assets for events, including booth layouts, wall graphics, kiosks, banners, backdrops, print materials, and digital screens.
- Develop supporting event collateral such as tent cards, brochures, flyers, merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, giveaways), and other branded materials.
- Ensure all designs adhere to correct sizes, scaling, and production-ready formats for vendors and event partners.
- Collaborate with event marketing, production, and vendor teams to bring designs to life across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Deliver impactful, on-brand experiences that maximize audience engagement and strengthen brand presence at events.
Research & Innovation:
- Conduct design research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor visuals, and design best practices to ensure fresh, modern, and impactful creative output.
- Provide insights and recommendations that elevate the brands presence across digital and offline channels.
Video Support Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience in editing webinars and virtual event recordings to create engaging, concise content for reuse.
- Ability to craft compelling short-format videos and animated videos such as sizzle reels, social media snippets, case study highlights, and report teasers.
- Skilled at producing event highlight/recap videos that capture key moments and storytelling elements.
- Familiarity with optimizing video content for multiple channels and formats (social, digital campaigns, presentations).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent) with 8+ years of professional experience.
- Marketing background is a must, with proven experience supporting campaigns, branding, and client-facing materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
- Strong grasp of design principles with excellent aesthetic, typography, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in developing brand positioning, messaging architecture, and integrated campaign strategies.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Passionate about visual storytelling and creative problem solving.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint/Word, with familiarity in leveraging AI-driven design tools and platforms to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Skilled in Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for creating animated and non-animated videos.
- Knowledge of print production, digital design best practices, and preparing files for various formats and platforms (web, social, events, and collateral) is a plus.Additional skill:
- Knowledge of Gen AI design tools, Excel, project management tools.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
