Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is passionate about working with data and deriving insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools as needed. Understanding of data visualization, ETL processes, and business intelligence concepts. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, analyse key metrics, and contribute to data-driven strategies at Smytten. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance metrics. Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc) for data manipulation and analysis. Assist in monitoring key business KPIs and reporting trends. Work with different teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to support data-driven decision-making. Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency. Stay updated with new analytical tools and techniques to enhance Smytten s data capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of DAX (Power BI) and data modelling is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Prior experience with e-commerce, consumer analytics, or digital marketing analytics is a plus. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insights. Strong communication skills to present findings effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field .
