We are seeking a dynamic individual with a blend of marketing creativity, analytical skills, and industry experience to drive effective marketing strategies for the Trial Business team. Department: Trial Business Job Type: Full–Time (Work from Office) Location: Bangalore Experience - 1-2 years ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ideate and execute monthly and quarterly category-led marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of CRM campaigns with brand communication and business objectives. Develop and execute media campaigns targeting key user cohorts to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create and execute video-led content strategies for various platforms including feeds and social channels. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously optimize marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for ongoing optimization and improvement. Assist in the launch of new products by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience in category marketing management and/or media planning, preferably in the e-commerce industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
