1.Order Management

  • Managing Logistics Tracker
  • Managing queries related to orders
  • Coordinating with delivery partners for smooth delivery


2.Customer Servicing

  • Handling all customer channels
  • Have an empathetic approach
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadline


What you need:

  • Must have: Written and Spoken communication, Empathy
  • Good to have: 1-2years Experience in customer support
  • Technical skills: use Google sheets, Notion etc.
  • Soft skills: Spoken English, empathy, eye for detail.


Stipend: 5000 per month + Performance based incentives


Tenure - 3 to 6 months
