As a candidate for this position, you will be expected to embody a people-first approach and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - **Order Management** - Managing the Logistics Tracker efficiently - Addressing queries related to orders promptly - Coordinating with delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery processes - **Customer Servicing** - Handling all customer channels effectively - Demonstrating an empathetic approach towards customer needs - Utilizing time management skills to meet deadlines consistently In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - **Must have:** - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Empathetic mindset towards customer concerns - **Good to have:** - 1-2 years of experience in customer support - Proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets and Notion - **Soft skills:** - Proficient in spoken English - Ability to empathize with customers - Detail-oriented mindset Please note that this position offers a stipend of 5000 per month along with performance-based incentives. The tenure for this role is expected to be 3 to 6 months.,
