Intern - Customer Engagement and Experience

As an Intern in the Customer Engagement and Experience department, you will have a crucial role in supporting the enhancement of customer engagement and optimizing the overall customer experience. Your work will revolve around collaborating closely with Customer Experience Managers and contributing to various initiatives aimed at fostering customer loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy. You will be responsible for understanding and promptly responding to customer inquiries received via email. Your role will involve providing accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues, questions, and concerns while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency in all email communications with customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to address complex or escalated customer inquiries and identify/report common issues or trends observed in customer inquiries to relevant departments. To excel in this role, you need to be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A strong interest in customer engagement, customer experience, and relationship management is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
