As an Operations Manager at Citi, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic and operational leadership for Global Hospitality Services (GHS) across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting Operations Excellence: Contribute to operations excellence and vendor management by overseeing performance, issue management, and corporate social responsibilities in the Indian region. - Strategic & People Management Support: Assist the Operations Manager in uplifting operational standards, people management, and project management initiatives. - Service & Compliance Oversight: Ensure continuous service improvement, operational compliance, and alignment with global standards for GHS products in India. - Financial & Reporting Assistance: Support operational budget management, identify efficiency opportunities, and contribute to statistical reporting for maintaining system integrity and risk mitigation. - Regulatory Adherence & Risk Management Support: Coordinate Compliance guidelines, manage sensitive information confidentially, and implement robust control measures to minimize reputational risk. Your qualifications should include: - Education: University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major. - Experience: 5-8 years of relevant working experience. - Certifications: Professional certifications in Food Safety Management (e.g., HACCP) and/or Managerial Leadership (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable. Your experience should ideally encompass 5-8 years of proven operations experience, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, particularly within executive, food & beverage, or related services, including multi-site and multi-service corporate environments. You should also have demonstrated experience in third-party vendor management, client liaison, relationship management, and a fundamental understanding of operational controls and associate processes.
