Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Intern Architect who can support our team in:Real Estate Sales & Marketing – Preparing presentations, brochures, and assisting in client pitches.Design & Interiors – Conceptual drawings, 3D visualizations, and assisting in design coordination.Client Engagement – Supporting meetings with buyers, sellers, and interior design clients.Research & Trends – Studying luxury design trends, market positioning, and competitor analysis. Key Responsibilities Assist in architectural drawings & interior layouts Support sales & marketing content (presentations, proposals, social media creatives) Coordinate with design & project teams for execution Contribute to real estate project branding & property showcases Manage client documentation & project reports Desired SkillsBackground in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch, Diploma, or relevant course)Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design toolsCreative mindset with design + business orientationExcellent communication & presentation skillsInterest in luxury real estate & interiors What We Offer Exposure to luxury real estate & interior design projects Hands-on learning in sales, marketing & client management Mentorship from industry professionals Internship certificate + potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) Stipend: Competitive, based on skills & contribution
