Intern Architect

As an Architect, you will be responsible for controlling projects from inception to completion, ensuring high quality, innovative, and functional design. You will utilize the construction brief to understand clients" needs, prepare feasibility reports, and develop design proposals in alignment with the clients" requirements, building usage, and environmental impact. Your role will involve all phases of architectural work, including planning, designing, and overseeing construction activities. From new building designs to extensions, alterations, restorations, and conversions, you will be involved in every stage to deliver sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet clients" expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee projects to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs - Interpret clients" briefs to create feasibility reports and design proposals - Develop architectural concepts considering clients" needs, building usage, and environmental impact - Create detailed blueprints and rectify any errors - Prepare project specifications and adhere to budgets and timelines - Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations - Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress and provide updates - Collaborate with construction professionals and stay updated on architectural trends Requirements: - Proven experience as an architect - Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skills - In-depth knowledge of building products, construction details, rules, and quality standards - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar - Strong spatial visualization and creative thinking abilities - Attention to detail and visual awareness - Effective communication and project management skills - B.Arch degree in Architecture This is a full-time position with the potential for an internship. The salary offered is up to 5,000.00 per month. The work schedule is during the day shift. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with at least 1 year of total work experience and proficiency in AutoCAD. Fluency in English is preferred for this role.,
