Interior Supervisor

1. Site Management: - Supervise interior construction teams (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.). - Coordinate daily activities, allocate tasks, and monitor progress. - Ensure site cleanliness and organization. 2. Quality Control: - Inspect work for quality, defects, and compliance with plans/specifications. - Address and resolve defects or issues promptly. 3. Safety and Security: - Enforce safety protocols, regulations, and procedures. - Conduct regular site safety inspections. - Report incidents or near-misses. 4. Communication and Coordination: - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors. - Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and distribution. - Communicate with clients, resolving concerns or issues. - Taking daily follow ups with Factory and sub-contractors. 5. Scheduling and Planning: - Develop and manage project schedules and timelines. - Plan and coordinate interior finishes (drywall, painting, flooring, etc.). 6. Budgeting and Cost Control: - Monitor expenses, labor costs, and material usage. - Identify and report potential cost-saving opportunities.
