Interior Supervisor

Job Description: You will be responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. Your role will involve supervising site workers, coordinating with vendors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines. You should possess a solid understanding of materials, construction methods, and finishing details. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily on-site interior work activities including civil, carpentry, electrical, and painting. - Interpret interior design drawings, working drawings, and BOQs. - Ensure work is completed as per approved designs and within deadlines. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery and execution. - Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to meet standards. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain site cleanliness. - Keep site logs, daily progress reports, and update the Project Manager regularly. - Proactively identify and resolve site-related issues. - Monitor manpower productivity and provide guidance as required. - Assist in material measurement, procurement follow-up, and inventory management at the site. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 3-5 years in Interior Fit-out Projects - Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishing details - Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and BOQs - Good communication and organizational skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
