Site Engineer / Supervisor- Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior design projects, ensuring timely and quality execution. Manage and supervise the installation of interior elements such as flooring, walls, lighting, and furnishings, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other teams to ensure that materials and resources are available for smooth site operations. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards. Monitor work progress, resolve any issues or delays on-site, and maintain records of all activities. Prepare site reports and communicate site progress to the project management team and clients. Ensure that all safety and environmental guidelines are followed on-site. Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules. Assist with the management of on-site labor and resources, ensuring efficient workflows. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design or construction projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, design elements, and construction processes. Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients, vendors, and contractors. Detail-oriented with the ability to spot design and quality issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project Manager- Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Key Responsibilities: Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead the coordination of multiple teams including designers, architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of tasks. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and vision for the project, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the design and implementation phases. Review project plans and design documents to ensure all requirements and quality standards are met. Supervise and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and junior staff members, providing guidance and leadership as needed. Resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle, from design to construction. Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and promptly, including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes. Conduct regular site visits to ensure design concepts are being correctly implemented and construction is progressing according to plan. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing interior design projects, preferably in both commercial and residential spaces. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively deal with clients, vendors, and teams. Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and construction techniques. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
