Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Site Supervisor to oversee and manage site operations for IT projects, including MEP services, HVAC, fire electrical fitment, and waterproofing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising commercial projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for IT infrastructure commercial projects.
• Oversee the installation and execution of MEP services, HVAC, fire electrical fitments, waterproofing systems, and other essential commercial infrastructure elements.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with design specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Address on-site challenges and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate material deliveries and inventory management to prevent project delays.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising commercial IT projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP services, HVAC systems, fire electrical fitment, and waterproofing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
