ob Description – Interior Site Supervisor (Modular Kitchen & Interiors)Position: Interior Site Supervisor Industry: Plywood, Modular Kitchens & Interior Solutions Location: dhanmandi Department: Projects / Execution Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and plywood-based interior projects. The candidate will coordinate with clients, contractors, and the internal team to ensure smooth project completion within time, quality, and cost parameters. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities for kitchen, wardrobe, and interior projects. Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution. Check quality of plywood, laminates, hardware, and modular units delivered at the site. Ensure proper measurement and site readiness before material installation. Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues related to design, fitment, or material. Act as a point of contact between the client, design team, and execution team. Maintain daily work reports, material consumption, and site photographs. Ensure safety, quality standards, and timely handover of projects. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of plywood, laminates, modular kitchen fittings, and hardware. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings & technical site layouts. Good communication and coordination skills. Leadership qualities to handle contractors and labor teams on site. Problem-solving approach with attention to detail. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in modular kitchen, furniture, or plywood/interior project execution.
