CTC Ranges up to 25-30k (Depending upon your last withdrawn and skill sets)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Installer to join our execution team. This role involves hands-on installation of artworks, sculptures, and interior design elements across various sites, coordination with vendors and factory teams, and ensuring flawless execution on the ground. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and comfortable with outdoor and field-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out on-site installation of art pieces, sculptures, and custom-designed elements with precision.

· Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate execution as per AutoCAD plans and layouts.

· Handle on-site measurements, alignments, fittings, and troubleshooting during installations.

· Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and foundries for samples, material movement, and installation support.

· Ensure safe handling and transport of artworks and fragile materials.

· Work with materials like metal, wood, stone, and mixed media, maintaining quality and finish.

· Travel to client sites, vendor locations, and factory units as required.

· Support site coordination activities, maintaining timelines and installation standards.

· Handle labour and technicians on-site with discipline and tact.

· Keep a detailed checklist and documentation of installation progress.

· Maintain tools and materials inventory required for installations.

· Work closely with the creative team to uphold design vision and perfection during execution.

Requirements:

· Background in interior contracting, furniture fitting, or site execution (experience in art installations is a plus).

· Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.

· Knowledge of working with varied materials like metal, wood, and stone.

· Comfortable with outdoor, travel-based, and factory-related fieldwork.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishing.

· Proficient in basic tools and installation equipment handling.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.

· Must be a go-getter, eager to learn, and open to facing on-site challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

· Good physical stamina and comfort with manual work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,436.02 - ₹30,027.36 per month
