Interior Site Supervisor

An Interior Site Supervisor manages daily operations on interior project sites, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely completion, high quality, and strict adherence to safety and design plans, involving site management, quality control, team leadership, safety compliance, material management, and client/designer communication. They act as the bridge between project managers, designers, and the on-site workforce, ensuring smooth execution from carpentry and drywall to finishes.  Key Roles & Responsibilities Site Management: Oversee daily activities, implement project plans, and ensure smooth workflow. Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and manage site staff and subcontractors, assigning tasks and resolving conflicts. Quality Control: Inspect work, check material quality, rectify defects, and ensure compliance with design specs and standards (e.g., finishes, carpentry, electricals). Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, ensure PPE use, and maintain a safe environment. Planning & Coordination: Develop daily/weekly plans, coordinate material deliveries, and liaise with architects, designers, and suppliers. Documentation: Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), snag lists, material logs, and other site records. Client/Stakeholder Communication: Interface with clients and project managers, clarifying technical queries and reporting issues. Material Management: Monitor material usage, storage, and availability to minimize waste. Problem Solving: Address on-site issues, technical challenges, and delays efficiently.  Essential Skills & Knowledge Understanding of interior design, construction processes, AutoCAD, MS Office. Strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret design plans. Knowledge of safety regulations (HSE).
