As a Drawing Quality Check (DQC) at Prominance Homworks Interior Designers in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, your role will be crucial in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all residential interior projects. You will work within the Design department and report to the DQC Lead. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire project quality Check (QC) function for all ongoing residential interior projects. - Develop, implement, and monitor standardized QC processes, checklists, and reporting tools. - Identify quality gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure project excellence. - Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards for all installed products including carpentry, electricals, civil work, painting, and modular installations. - Collaborate closely with Design, Project Management, Procurement, and Execution teams to proactively address quality issues. - Maintain documentation for quality audits and defect logs. - Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops from clients, project teams, and post-delivery audits. - Report quality metrics and present improvement strategies to senior leadership. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in quality management or site interior supervision in the residential interior design or fit-out industry. - Strong understanding of residential design elements such as carpentry, civil work, modular furniture, plumbing, electricals, and finishing. - Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management. - Sound knowledge of quality control tools, checklists, and reporting mechanisms. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and reporting formats.
