The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities are: Conduct daily environmental and safety audits Inspect and examine all health and safety related complaints, workplace accidents, outbreaks of diseases, the spill of hazardous toxins or poison Search for physical, biological, and chemical site / workplace hazards Investigate the construction site to ascertain equipment, production, and material processes do not pose a safety or health hazard to site manpower, employees, work guests, and the general public Create, evaluate, and implement health and safety programs and strategies Work closely with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Write daily safety and health reports or injury logs and ensure they are completed and submitted to relevant government agencies Train and advice employers and all relevant stakeholders on issues of workplace safety and environmental protection Creating different frameworks that will reduce accidents and improve workplace safety Verify the adequacy and safety of all work proposed tools and equipment Review and approve all subcontractors safety plans Train and run drills and exercise with workers on how to manage an emergency situation.

Role Statement: Visit the allotted sites daily & supervise day-to-day execution, thereby ensuring timely completion of the sites in a safe environment. Ensure adherence to the defined budgets, quality standards & design guidelines. Job Element & Responsibilities: Execution support In coordination with the design team, carry out pre-review of site & take measurements. Understand the drawings & project plan from the Project Manager. Assist in planning the resources to execute the project as per the plan. Be the custodian of drawings, layouts & other documentation at the project site. Material Management Coordinate with the Procurement Manager for delivery of material to the site. Along with the Project Manager, inspect the incoming material at site to ensure adherence to the quality & design standards. In case of mismatch in design / quality, reject the material, send it back & inform the Project Manager about the same. Maintain the material inward entries & documentation. Ensure safe & secure storage of the material at site. Monitor the utilization of material & keep a stock of available inventory & utilized material. Monitoring & controlling Carry out material & manpower entry formalities in society. Send the daily manpower report on the site execution group / ERP system. Liaising with building security & PMC. Coordinate with the contractors & workers for smooth execution of the project. Monitor the quality of work & ensure that the BNK standards (SOP adherence) are maintained during execution. Implementation of the drawings & details. In case of any deviation in drawings, get resolution through the Project Manager. Attend every client / contractor / vendor meetings & take notes (MOM pointers) to share with the Project Manager. Prepare daily photographic reports & Weekly progress reports and share the same with the Project Manager on timely basis. Maintain cordial relations with the workers & contractors to ensure their support throughout the project execution. At & after handover support Compile all drawings / documents for systematic handover to the client. Successfully close the Snag list on timely basis. Attend & close issues raised by the client post-handover, thereby ensuring earliest closure.
