Senior Interior Site Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Interior Site Supervisor to lead our on-site execution of high-end interior projects. This role involves overseeing all site activities related to interior fit-outs, coordinating between design teams and vendors, managing skilled labor, and ensuring quality control. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate and implement interior design drawings with precision. Liaise with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Manage carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams specific to interior work. Conduct regular quality checks and resolve on-site execution issues. Track progress and report updates to the project manager and design team. Enforce safety protocols and ensure site discipline. Maintain documentation such as daily site reports, attendance, and inventory. Key Skills Removing quantities and cut-list Material Management Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery, carpentry, modular systems, and finishing standards. Ability to read and execute detailed interior drawings (AutoCAD, hand sketches, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to guide site teams and coordinate with multiple vendors. Problem-solving attitude with an eye for design execution. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior interiors project execution. Prior experience in managing on-site teams and vendor coordination for residential or commercial interior projects. Good to have a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
