About Us:
Arjitva Associates is a Chennai-based multidisciplinary design and build firm specializing in premium residential and commercial interiors. Our work focuses on delivering high-quality, detail-oriented, and functional spaces. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our execution team and ensure seamless coordination, quality, and timely completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day interior site activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and design teams to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure precision in finishing and detailing.
• Maintain accurate site reports, labour attendance, and material inventory.
• Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all standards.
• Report daily updates, challenges, and requirements to the project manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in interior site supervision (residential/commercial).
• Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery, finishes, and on-site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai and nearby areas.

Job Type & Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Schedule: Day shift, 6 days/week
