Interior Site Supervisor

Location: Bangalore (On-site) Industry: Interior Materials & Solutions About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee project execution at client sites. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality installation of interior materials and finishes supplied by M Cube Spaces. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed as per design, specifications, and safety standards. Coordination: Liaise with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients to align on project requirements and schedules. Material Handling: Verify delivery, quality, and usage of materials at the site; report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Quality Control: Inspect workmanship for accuracy, finish, and adherence to project standards. Timeline Management: Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating workforce and resolving on-site issues. Reporting: Provide daily/weekly progress updates to the management team. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, site safety norms, and client requirements. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in site supervision within interiors, fit-outs, or construction. Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and installation methods. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
