Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, located in Mumbai. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising interior construction projects, managing site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and workers, and reporting project progress. Additional daily tasks include managing project timelines and budgets, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring that all work aligns with design specifications and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Project management and supervisory skills related to interior site supervision
• Experience in Gypsum work, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical work, Air Conditioning, Painting, Polishing, and Civil work
• Strong coordination and communication skills for managing subcontractors and client relations
• Ability to manage project timelines and budgets, and troubleshoot on-site issues
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management, construction, or interior design
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
