Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Interior Site Supervisor. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee construction and interior design projects, ensure adherence to design specifications, and manage team activities on-site. Daily tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining project timelines, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and addressing any on-site issues. The role demands a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of site operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing construction and interior design projects
• Knowledge of Gypsum work, Partitions, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical work, Air Conditioning, Painting, Polishing, and Civil work
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with subcontractors and project teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Ability to adhere to safety and compliance regulations consistently
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
