Interior Site Supervisor

## Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor ### Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, including drywall, false ceilings, painting, wooden flooring, and external facade works. - Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and update execution plans. - Coordinate workflows, schedules, and material orders; monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery. - Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a productive and safe working environment. - Liaise with designers, project managers, and clients to communicate requirements, progress, and resolve site issues. - Inspect and evaluate work to identify deviations and ensure corrective measures are implemented. - Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. - Ensure all site activities adhere to safety protocols and statutory codes. - Forecast timelines for construction and address potential risks in project schedules. ### Requirements - 1–3 years of work experience in interior site supervision or related field. - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred). - Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and finishing techniques. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications.[ - Proficiency with site/project management tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous. - Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines. - Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) as per project needs. - Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious. ### Job Details - Job Type: Full-time - Salary: Up to ₹25,000 INR/month - Benefit: Stay offered at site - Shift: Day Shift (Preferred) - Primary Project Location: Faizabad (with assignments across various cities in Uttar Pradesh as per project) - Office Location: Lucknow
