Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor Location: Hathras, Uttar Pradesh (Multiple Project Sites) Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–7 years (in interior/execution/site supervision) Industry: Interior Design / Construction / Real Estate Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and fit-out works at project sites across Uttar Pradesh. The role involves managing site execution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and designers, and ensuring timely, quality completion of interior projects as per design specifications and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure work progresses according to approved drawings and timelines. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth site execution. Inspect materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met. Plan and schedule daily work for site teams and vendors (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.). Monitor resource allocation, material requirements, and site inventory. Maintain site documentation — daily progress reports, checklists, and attendance. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards at all times. Manage snag lists and final handover procedures. Resolve on-site challenges proactively and communicate updates to the project manager. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 2–7 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-out or turnkey projects. Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and material specifications. Ability to manage multiple contractors and teams simultaneously. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools preferred. Willingness to travel within Uttar Pradesh as per project requirements.
