Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Quantity Surveyor and Billing Executive based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project costs, preparing detailed cost reports, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining project budgets. The role demands close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• Experience in BOQ preparation and Cost Reporting
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the interior contracting industry is a plus
