Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & SupervisionSupervise and manage execution of interior fit-out, civil, and construction works. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and skilled workers for smooth execution. Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site issues promptly. Coordination & CommunicationConduct site meetings and coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, and contractors. Report daily site progress through photos, measurements, and checklists. Ensure timely material availability by coordinating with procurement teams. Quality & SafetyImplement and maintain quality control on workmanship and materials. Ensure safety protocols are followed by all workers on-site. Conduct inspections to verify compliance with standards and specifications. Measurements & DocumentationTake site measurements, verify quantities, and prepare work progress reports. Maintain site records including material consumption, labor deployment, and daily logs. Assist in preparing RA bills, BOQs, and certification documents if required. Project TimelinesEnsure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules. Identify delays, risks, and notify the project manager with solutions. Qualifications & SkillsDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 1–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or civil construction. Strong knowledge of drawings, measurements, materials, and execution methods. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings (preferred). Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites if required.
