Interior Project Manager

As an Interior Project Manager at Sun Infraa Trends Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks associated with interior projects on a day-to-day basis. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of interior projects, focusing on blending innovation, functionality, and aesthetics in the solutions provided. Key Responsibilities - Hold a B.E., Civil., or Diploma in Civil with at least 7+ years of experience in the interior field within the Interiors vertical. - Demonstrate expertise in interior projects planning, scheduling, execution, and BOQ skills. - Manage interior execution teams effectively and possess strong client coordination skills. - Lead a team of interior project managers and engineers, ensuring successful project delivery. - Coordinate with Carpenter teams, showcasing sourcing and coordination skills. Proficient in fall ceiling works, interior bedrooms, wardrobes, and TV unit fixing. - Implement quality control techniques and ensure high-quality project outcomes. - Utilize familiarity with drawings and project scheduling to streamline project timelines. - Showcase decision-making skills and a strong knowledge of interiors. - Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software would be advantageous. Qualifications - Proficient in expeditor and expediting skills. - Strong project management, inspection, and logistics management skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of interior design principles and materials. - Previous experience in the construction or interior design industry is preferred.,
