Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Bangalore based interior execution firm. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of interior projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the MD and design teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to guide the successful execution of interior projects. Team Management: Lead and manage a cross-functional project team, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster effective collaboration to ensure project goals are met. Budget and Cost Control: Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle. Identify cost-saving opportunities, and review invoices to maintain project profitability. Schedule and Timeline Management: Create and maintain project schedules, closely monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines. Proactively identify potential delays or issues and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for all aspects of the project, from design to execution. Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, both internal and external, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for the MD, keeping them informed about project progress, changes, and challenges. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare and present regular reports to clients and senior management, highlighting project status, key milestones, and financial metrics. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, business administration, interior design, architecture, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on experience in project management for luxury interior design execution, specifically for residential and/or commercial projects Experience in vendor management, inspection and logistics management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. Experience in the construction industry is a plus
