Job Description

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, developing project schedules, timelines, and budgets, and communicating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. You will also monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments for timely completion, and prepare and submit project status reports to management and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets - Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion - Prepare and submit project status reports to management and other stakeholders - Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise - Ensure project safety and compliance with environmental regulations - Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials - Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a construction project coordinator or similar role - In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles - Ability to plan and see the big picture - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities - Excellent problem-solving ability - A team player with leadership skills - BSc/BA in construction management, architecture, engineering, or relevant field - Knowledge of building codes and regulations - Experience in project management software - Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and proficiency in English is preferred.,
