Interior Designer

Job Title: Experienced Interior Designer / Department: Design / Architecture

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven professional experience to lead and execute interior design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of materials, space planning, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept development to final execution.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Create and present design concepts, mood boards, sketches, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes in alignment with client vision and functional needs.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Stay current with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Supervise junior designers or interns as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 4+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects across various sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; 3D rendering software experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sketchup: 4 years (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 5 years (Preferred)
• 3D visualizations.: 4 years (Preferred)
