Role Overview:

The Interior Designer will play a key role in transforming client spaces into beautifully designed homes that reflect SpazioLiv’s signature aesthetic. This role demands creativity, precision, communication excellence, and a strong sense of accountability from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients, understand their design expectations, lifestyle needs, and budgets.

• Create mood boards, concepts, and 2D/3D designs according to SpazioLiv’s standards.

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and BOQs for execution teams.

• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, carpenters, and contractors to ensure flawless execution.

• Conduct site visits regularly to oversee progress, check quality, and resolve issues.

• Manage material selection—furniture, finishes, laminates, lighting, soft furnishings.

• Present ideas confidently and ensure clients are guided at every step.

• Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining top-level design quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in residential interior design (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop.

• Sharp eye for detail, color, proportion, and spatial awareness.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.
