Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a passion for turning concepts into inspiring, functional interiors. You’ll collaborate with architects, clients, and consultants to shape engaging spaces from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and project teams to develop cohesive interior design concepts.
• Create mood boards, material palettes, and compelling design presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D views, and construction documentation (plans, elevations, sections, and details).
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with project vision and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Keep up with evolving design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).2–3 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in design and documentation software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools like Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray.
• Strong conceptual thinking and spatial design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction abilities.
• Ability to multitask across projects and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on high-end residential interiors.
• Familiarity with project budgeting, BOQs, and vendor coordination.
• Experience managing FF&E procurement and installation.

Work Environment

• This is a full-time, in-studio role based in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.
