Key Responsibilities Collaborate with architects and project teams to develop cohesive interior design concepts. Create mood boards, material palettes, and compelling design presentations. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D views, and construction documentation (plans, elevations, sections, and details). Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with project vision and budget. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained. Keep up with evolving design trends, materials, and sustainability practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).2–3 years of professional experience in interior design. Proficiency in design and documentation software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools like Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray. Strong conceptual thinking and spatial design skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction abilities. Ability to multitask across projects and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on high-end residential interiors. Familiarity with project budgeting, BOQs, and vendor coordination.
