Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 2 years of experience in residential and corporate interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion within defined timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Develop concept designs, layouts, and presentations for residential and corporate interiors. Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and working drawings. Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic solutions. Work closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors during the design and execution stages. Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. Manage fit-out execution, including furniture, lighting, finishes, and modular elements. Source and select materials, finishes, and furniture as per project design and budget. Prepare and present 3D visualizations, mood boards, and sample boards. Ensure compliance with company design standards, safety codes, and client expectations. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior design (residential & corporate projects preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and modular systems. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines. Preferred Attributes Creative with an eye for detail and functionality. Understanding of fit-out execution, project costing, and vendor coordination. Exposure to modular furniture design or turnkey interior projects will be an added advantage
