Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, budget, and project goals.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to determine project scope and feasibility.
• Develop design briefs based on client expectations.

2. Space Planning & Layout Design

• Create efficient and functional space plans.
• Ensure proper circulation, ergonomics, and spatial harmony.
• Prepare layout drawings that align with building codes and safety regulations.

3. Concept Development

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and themes.
• Select color schemes, materials, finishes, and textures.
• Present visual design proposals through sketches, 3D models, or renders.

4. Material & Product Selection

• Source furniture, lighting, décor, and accessories.
• Research and evaluate materials for durability, aesthetics, sustainability, and cost.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for samples and quotations.

5. Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Create detailed drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Produce specifications for contractors and craftsmen.
• Use software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.

6. Budgeting & Cost Management

• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Track expenses and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Recommend cost-effective design solutions.

7. Coordination with Contractors & Professionals

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Review site progress and ensure work follows design specifications.
• Resolve design-related issues during construction.

8. Project Management & Site Supervision

• Oversee implementation of the design on site.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and installation.
• Ensure project timelines are met.

9. Styling & Final Touches

• Arrange furniture, décor elements, artwork, and accessories.
• Ensure the final setup aligns with the design vision.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with clients.

10. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all designs meet local building codes and safety standards.
• Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices where possible.

11. Client Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular progress updates.
• Manage client expectations and incorporate feedback.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
