Immediate Joining Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and a passion for creating inspiring and livable spaces that enhance the quality of life for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budgetary constraints. Develop creative design concepts and mood boards that capture the essence of the client's vision and reflect the latest design trends and innovations. Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and material boards to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders. Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with the design concept, budget, and timeline of each project. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans and timely completion of projects. Oversee the procurement and installation of furnishings, artwork, and decorative elements to bring the design vision to life. Conduct on-site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, address any design-related issues, and ensure quality control. Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in the field of interior design and integrate them into design concepts and projects. Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to promote the reputation and growth of the company. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. Proven experience of minimum 3 years of working as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects across residential and commercial sectors. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, or similar. Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, and spatial awareness. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and furniture procurement processes. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, and translate design concepts into actionable plans. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
