Interior Designer

Role Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and technically skilled Interior Designer to join our team. This role is execution-focused, requiring a strong understanding of CAD-based drawings and on-site coordination. The designer will be responsible for turning concepts into reality through precise documentation and close monitoring of on-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, tile layouts, elevations, etc., using AutoCAD
• Collaborate with architects and the design team to translate concepts into technical drawings
• Conduct site visits regularly to ensure work is progressing as per drawings and design intent
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and civil teams to ensure smooth execution
• Modify and update CAD drawings based on site conditions or client feedback
• Create BOQs and material lists for execution purposes
• Ensure that quality, detailing, and timelines are strictly followed on-site
• Assist in material selection and site-level decision-making when required

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Interior Design/Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant interior design experience (customizable based on your requirement)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and/or other design tools
• Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery details, and site workflows
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior execution preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings
• Must be comfortable visiting multiple sites as needed
