About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and customer-oriented Interior Designer / Showroom Consultant to join our team at our Tiles & Bathware fittings showroom. The ideal candidate will serve as the key design advisor to customers and influencers (architects, interior designers, builders), guiding them in selecting the right products and combinations for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers, architects, and designers at the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements, design preferences, and project needs.
• Provide expert design consultation — suggest appropriate tiles, bathware, and fittings for floors, walls, and other applications.
• Help customers visualize product combinations using mood boards, sample displays, or digital tools.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, colors, and finishes in tiles and bathware.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer selections are correctly processed and ordered.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote our product range.
• Maintain the visual merchandising of the showroom and ensure displays are attractive and up to date.
• Support in planning and conducting design workshops or customer experience events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in interior design, showroom consultation, or a related field (tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of design software (e.g.AutoCAD, Photoshop) is a plus.
