Role Summary

creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand design requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget preferences
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes for client presentations
Create detailed drawings and layouts in coordination with design and estimation teams
Select finishes, materials, and fittings aligned with brand and client expectations
Coordinate with 3D visualizers and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained during execution
Update and manage project information in the ERP system
Conduct design audits during execution for accuracy and quality control

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design (modular experience preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (knowledge of 3ds Max or Photoshop is a plus)
Strong sense of aesthetics, materials, and space planning
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
