Role Summary

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project requirements, budget, and timelines
• Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with client needs and Florzy’s brand identity
• Create mood boards, 2D/3D drawings, and presentations using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
• Source materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and decor elements
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure design execution aligns with the plan
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and maintain project budgets
• Conduct site visits and oversee on-site implementation
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and innovations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
• [2-5] years of experience in interior design (residential/commercial/retail depending on Florzy's niche)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, or other relevant tools
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, space planning, and material knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations
• Passion for design and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
• Experience with modular furniture systems or smart homes
• Familiarity with project management tools or CRM platforms
