We’re a growing construction/flooring material firm seeking a dynamic sales professional to build relationships, drive B2B partnerships, and close high‑value deals. If you’re passionate about real estate, thrive in the field, and love hitting targets—we should talk.
📋 What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify leads—developers, builders, corporates—via field outreach and networking.
Showcase flooring materials with on-site visits and presentations, tailoring solutions to client needs.
Drive negotiations, close deals end-to-end, and manage the full B2B sales cycle.
Keep CRM updated, manage pipelines, and generate weekly / monthly reports.
Attend industry events, site visits, and trade shows to build brand visibility.
✅ You Bring
2+ years in field or B2B sales—real estate or construction sector is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in the field.
Experience with CRM tools & MS Office.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related (preferred).
