Role & Responsibilities: 1. Design Development Create innovative interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives. Develop detailed 2D layout and working drawings using software like AutoCAD. Produce 3D models and renderings using SketchUp to visualize design ideas. 2. Client Collaboration Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Present design proposals and incorporate feedback to refine designs. 3. Project Coordination Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. 4. Material and Finish Selection Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design specifications and budget constraints. Prepare mood boards and sample presentations to convey design ideas. 5. Presentation and Communication Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred Candidate Profile Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Experience Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design. Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings. Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is a plus. Design Expertise Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory. Ability to develop detailed 2D layout and working drawings.
